DR. ROY CHIO (CONSULTANT)
Graduating from the U.K. in 1998, Dr Roy Chio did internships in Internal Cardiology, Plastic and General Surgery in England.
After treating patients with medicines, interventional procedures and surgery, Dr Chio is a firm believer in preventive medicine. He regards unmanaged ageing to be responsible for the majority of age-related degenerative disorders. When optimal health and vitality has been restored it is only natural for patients to want to look their best too. Dr Chio has taken a special interest in Anti-ageing Medicine and Aesthetic / Cosmetic Surgery.
Fluency in at least 6 important working languages including french has enabled him to keep abreast of the latest developments worldwide. He is able to achieve a comprehensive and in-depth mastery of many of the techniques and methods that were pioneered in France.
In 2007, Dr Chio and like-minded Professionals founded the Anti-ageing and Aesthetic Medcine Society of Singapore (AAAMSS). Dr Chio travels frequently attending and lecturing at conferences and workshops to impart his expertise. Dr Chio has trained with some of the world’s most prominent anti-ageing and aesthetic practitioners to hone and perfect his skills. The East Asia Distributor of the powered Liposuction equipment Lipomatic has appointed Dr Chio as “Liposuction Trainer and Pioneer in East Asia”.
In addition, he has been featured in the media and on radio programmes such as “Today in Singapore”. In 2008 he was the medical consultant on “Gold 90.5 FM” for a 16 series entitled “Feeling and Looking your Best with Dr Chio.” In 2009 10-part series “LUSHious Living with Dr Chio” on Lush 99.5. He also conducts public forums and seminars to educate people on various aspects of anti-ageing and aesthetic medicine.

DR. MA. ROWENA C. AGUILAR-JOVEN, M.D. (DERMATOLOGIST)
Dr. Ma. Rowena C. Aguilar-Joven is a graduate of the Quezon City Medical Center and Colleges with a degree in BS Medical Technology. She later studied at Our Lady of Fatima University where she earned her degree of Doctor of Medicine.
Dr. Aguilar-Joven completed her Residency Training Program in Ophthalmology at the Manila Doctors Hospital. She obtained her training in Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology at the Medical Skin Health Training Foundation, Inc. (MSHTFI). She likewise completed her training in Occupational Medicine at the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine, (PCOM) and Cosmetic Surgery training at the Philippine Academy of Aesthetics Surgery (PAAS).
She is a member of the Philippine Medical Association (PMA), Philippine College of Occupational Medicine, (PCOM), Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology (PAO), American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), Dermatologic & Aesthetic Surgery International League (DASIL), Philippine Academy of Aesthetic and Age Management Medicine, Inc. (PAAAMMI) and Philippine Academy of Aesthetic Surgery (PAAS).
She is a Diplomate of the Philippine Association of Primary Skin Health Physicians Inc. (PAPSHPI) where she serves as one of its Board Members. Dr. Aguilar-Joven is an Ophthalmology consultant at Supercare Medical Services, Inc., and a visiting consultant at Joven’s Polyclinic and Manila Doctors Hospital. She is a Primary Skin Health physician, Cosmetic Surgery consultant and the Medical Director at SVELT’i Aesthetic Centre (Timog, Quezon City & Ortigas Branch) and Beauty On Call (Manila). She is likewise the Project Physician in Skyway Stage 3 and Dumduma Construction and Trading Corporation.

Dr. Ramon Enrico C. Valera, M.D., FPAPRAS, is a professional in his chosen field of aesthetic surgery. He was affiliated in different hospitals and medical centers including his service as the former head of the Aesthetic Surgery Center and the Section of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of Saint Luke’s Medical Center in Quezon City. He was also the chief of the Section of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Sta. Mesa, Manila. Together with his previous experiences, Dr. Valera attends plastic surgery conferences, both locally and abroad, to keep himself updated with the latest procedures and techniques.
